Systems administration and integration work for the district's enterprise applications, as part of the enterprise applications team. Day to day that means supporting the databases and the applications that run on them, administering identity and access, and gathering data and building reports for district teams. I also build internal tools and web applications, and handle staff training and documentation.

Led the school IT department with one direct report. Administered the Blackbaud student information system and Google Workspace, ran the Cisco Meraki network and 1:1 device program, implemented a new help desk system and took Snipe-IT asset tracking from selection to inventory reporting, and cut services the school didn't need.

Keep application data consistent across the district
Administration and integration work on the data side of the district's enterprise applications: making sure data stays consistent across systems, that the applications' own data is maintained and available, and that problems get traced to their source and fixed.
Turn district data into reports teams use
Work with teams across the district to gather data and report it back: student data, assessment outcomes, program results. What the reports show drives changes to the systems. I also run staff training sessions and write the documentation.
Build internal tools that remove manual work
Build and maintain internal web applications and scripts that remove manual steps from staff and student workflows.
